Davide De Alexandris is a LARP writer with an interest in role-playing games as tools for storytelling, experiential learning, and personal reflection. He has written LARP scenarios for Terre Spezzate and Chaos League and contributed to the organization of an educational event at Sapienza University of Rome, as part of the EPALE project “Role-Playing Games in Adult Education: Learning Through First-Hand Experience”, focused on the use of educational LARP (Edu-LARP).
Alongside his creative work, he is the founder and president of NDERS ODV, an Italian nonprofit organization dedicated to near-death experiences (NDEs). The association promotes research, public awareness, and dialogue between experiencers, healthcare professionals, and researchers. It also advocates for greater recognition of NDEs within healthcare settings, particularly the need for compassionate listening, psychological support, and integration of these experiences into everyday life.
His creative work explores themes such as memory, identity, human relationships, mortality, and the meaning of existence. Through LARP, he seeks to create opportunities for shared reflection, bringing together narrative design, lived experience, and questions about the human condition.
